Northern Ireland Futsal Qualifiers
Well done to all the boys and girls who took part in the Regional Futsal Qualifiers at the Antrim Forum on Thursday. The girls’ team played some excellent football and reached the semi-final. The boys’ team were undefeated in their group and progressed to the final. Against a very tough Kingspark School, the boys won 2-0 and have now qualified for the Northern Ireland Futsal Finals in April.

The school team had another very successful season finishing second overall. I would like to thank Samuel McIlveen for his dedication and co-ordination of the League and we look forward to competing in it next year. I would also like to thank Mr Williams for his coaching assistance which helped contribute to the success of the team.
The Antrim Area Football League was set up by the Council in November 2016. Each month the football team plays two fixtures at the new Allen Park complex. The football team is made up of a mixture of P6 and P7 pupils and so far they have played four matches, winning three and losing one. We are very thankful for the coaching help that Mr Williams provides each Thursday afternoon.
