Cross Country
The cross country league has started up again and this time Antrim Primary mean business. Both teams were very successful last year. This year we hope to take that forward and achieve some more goals! All children have shown great team unity by cheering each other on. A proud day for all those involved with Antrim Primary.
Cross Country runs on a Monday after school from 3pm - 4pm and is run by Miss Pullan & Mr McBride
Round One Flahavans Cross Country Challenge
On Tuesday 23rd November, Antrim Primary Runners took part in their first competition of this academic year. The race took place at the Antrim Forum and was against 100's of children from all across the county. The 13 children who travelled from Antrim Primary represented their school with extinction and proved that they could compete alongside some of the best school in the country. Out of the schools that took part, our boys and girls finished strong and showed huge commitment. Well done to all, it was definitely a successful morning with Abigail Molloy finishing in 3rd place and Daniel Boucher finishing in 4th. All of our runners showed fantastic sportsmanship and determination. A fantastic day had by all.
