LAST DAY OF TERM JUNE 2017
Thu 29 Jun 2017School will close at 12 o'clock on Friday 30th June. As is previous years a staggered system will be in place, children will be escorted to the door by their teacher: -

11.50pm P1 - P3
Crossing Patrols will be in place. The school kitchen will be closed on Friday.

PRIZE DAY 2017
Tue 27 Jun 2017We had a wonderful morning at our annual Prize Day, we would like to say a big thank you to our past teacher Mrs Edna McClean for distributing the prizes to the pupils and a huge congratulations to our pupils who won prizes for their Academic, Sport and Musical endeavour! -
LOUGH NEAGH RESCUE VISIT
Fri 23 Jun 2017Today the winners from the Lough Neagh Rescue colouring competition got to enjoy a trip to meet the crew and hear all about their activities. The children got to sample some of the equipment used, and thoroughly enjoyed their day out. -
ANTRIM FESTIVAL

YOUNG INNOVATORS
Fri 16 Jun 2017Mrs McKee's P6 class travelled to The Big Bang Fair held at Ulster University, Jordanstown. The pupils had the opportunity to attend science shows and workshops. A great day enjoyed by everyone. -

BURNS SOCCER SCHOOL
Fri 16 Jun 2017Throughout the year we have enjoyed having Mark from Burns Soccer School in Antrim PS. Burns Soccer are top qualified coaches who have introduced pupils to soccer skills, to improve health and fitness. This aims to develop young athletes technically and mentally, giving children the best opportunity possible to progress in football. -
LIBBIE THOMPSON
Fri 16 Jun 2017Well done to P6 pupil Libbie Thomspon who came 2nd girl overall in the Antrim and Newtownabbey Primary Triathlon. Libbie was presented with her medal in class this week. Antrim PS also finished 2nd overall. What a great achievement for both Libbie and our school! -
RDS PRIMARY SCIENCE FAIR
Wed 14 Jun 2017A team of 6 pupils attended the RDS Primary Science Fair held last week at the Waterfront, Belfast. The children exhibited their science project at the fair and represented school very well. Well done to Bradley Close, Grace Connolly, Owen Creighton, Lexi Dawson, Faith Steen and Erin Waring.
