FOOTBALL SUCCESS
Wed 29 Nov 2023Well done to the football team who had a very successful second trip to Allen Park, competing in the Primary School Football League on Tuesday. Wearing their new strip for the first time, the boys won all three of their games, continuing their unbeaten run from six games to date. Thank you to all those who came to support.

CHRISTMAS DECORATION WINNER
Mon 27 Nov 2023Well done to P5 pupil Emily Smith who was the winner of the recent ANBC Christmas decoration competition. Emily was given the honour of turning on the lights at Antrim Christmas Lights Switch On.

P6 CHARITY ASSEMBLY
Fri 17 Nov 2023Well done to all P6 pupils and staff who delivered two excellent performances for school, family and friends in our charity assembly this morning. We have raised an amazing total of £2200.00 to help support local charity Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary. Thank you to everyone for your incredible generosity and continued support, especially during these challenging times.

HOWDENS ART COMPETITION
Thu 16 Nov 2023Congratulations to P6 pupil Mason Greenwood who won the recent Howdens Art Competition. Mason has won a £50 Smyths Toys gift voucher for first place and a cheque for £250 towards school PTA funds- well done Mason.

ART CLUB
Thu 16 Nov 2023Our P7 pupils are really enjoying their afterschool art club. They are making framed masks. We look forward to seeing the finished product.

CROSS COUNTRY AFTERSCHOOL CLUB
Wed 15 Nov 2023We have a cross country club on a Monday afternoon. The runners are really enjoying this and participating in races.

ODD SOCK DAY
Mon 13 Nov 2023The children all had the opportunity to wear odd socks to express their individuality today. This was the first day of Anti-Bullying Week and the children will have lots of activities and discussions in school focusing on the prevention of bullying.

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY
Mon 13 Nov 2023Well done to P7 pupils Ella Clarke and Laura Kitson who represented school at the wreath laying ceremony on Remembrance Sunday. The girls were wonderful ambassadors for Antrim PS.

R23 LIBRARY VISIT
Fri 10 Nov 2023Primary 4, Room 23 went to Antrim library today, where they listened to stories, made bird feeders and played with Lego. They all had a super time.
