    Well done to all pupils who took part in the fun run, they all did so well.  Special thanks also to family and friends who came and cheered them on to the finishing line.  Olympians for the future!

    Today we welcomed a very special visitor to school.  Dr Michael McKillop is a Paralympic athlete who represents Ireland as a middle distance runner.  Dr McKillop has competed at both European and World Athletics winning an impressive 10 gold medals, most recently the 1500m title at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Paralympics.  We were delighted Dr McKillop took the time to join us this morning and give his support to everyone before taking part in their fun runs. Well done to all pupils who participated today, thankfully the weather was kind to us!frown

    All pupils enjoyed a fabulous performance of the classic Dickens story "Oliver Twist" by M&M Productions, a lovely Friday treat to end our first week back this term.
  • PTA 5 MILE RUN

    Congratulations to everyone who participated in our recent 5 Mile Race.  This year we had an incredible 144 runners take part.  All proceeds will go towards purchasing a range of new playground equipment for all year groups.  Special thanks to our wonderful PTA members for their continued hard work and Mr Drew Taggart  from PACE running club for his time, effort and energy in the organisation and planning of the race.
