    Antrim PS pupil Luke who is Captain of Linfield FC U11 squad won the Belfast U11 league. It came down to the last game of the season and Luke scored the final goal to seal the win.

    In partnership with the IFA, we were delighted this week to welcome back former pupil and NI international footballer Joely Andrews. Our girl footballers were thrilled to meet Joely and enjoyed their first training session.

    Thanks to Science 2 Life for the excellent Science show on the theme of Magic. The pupils loved the action-packed experiments, the perfect way to start our STEAM week.

    Well done to both school hockey teams, who travelled tp Playball, Stormont for Primary School Finals Day. Both squads faced some very tough opposition from the best of hockey from across Northern Ireland. Well done to all for a fantastic display of hockey and for representing school so well!

    Well done to Antrim PS gymnasts Ryan Hanna and Poppy Taggart who both had success at the recent NI Trampoline/DMT Regional Qualifiers picking up 1st place in their age groups.

    Our P3 classes enjoyed catching up with their buddies from St Comgall’s PS this week. The pupils came together and enjoyed an informative talk about archaeology and palaeontology  from Mrs Thornton.
