RESILIENT RHYTHM

We welcomed Louise back to Antrim PS this week to deliver the first of three sessions to P5-P7 pupils. Activities include purposeful breathing through action songs, expressive and creative use of voice by chants and singing, body mind connection and emotional regulation.
