MICHAEL MCKILLOP
Today we welcomed a very special visitor to school. Dr Michael McKillop is a Paralympic athlete who represents Ireland as a middle distance runner. Dr McKillop has competed at both European and World Athletics winning an impressive 10 gold medals, most recently the 1500m title at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Paralympics. We were delighted Dr McKillop took the time to join us this morning and give his support to everyone before taking part in their fun runs. Well done to all pupils who participated today, thankfully the weather was kind to us!
