• 🏒BELFAST GIANTS VISIT P7 🏒

  Fri 25 Sep 2026

On Thursday, P7 were delighted to welcome the Belfast Giants to school for a fantastic session all about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

The pupils explored four key areas — nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress — and learned how each can have an impact on our health and wellbeing.

Everyone involved had a brilliant time, and we would like to say a huge thank you to the Belfast Giants for taking the time to visit us and for delivering such an enjoyable and informative session!
