    Congratulations to P7 pupil Hridhaan Mahadik who was crowned ‘Eco Pupil of the Year 2024’ at Stranmillis University, Belfast. Hridhaan has also been instrumental in our school Green Flag success. We were delighted that both the Mayor and Deputy Mayor visited school to congratulate Hridhaan. Well done, we are super proud of you!

    We were delighted to welcome local author Tim Bailie to school on Friday. Pupils enjoyed listening to Tim read one of his bestselling stories, and had the opportunity to purchase books which Tim was very happy to autograph for the children.

    Thank you to Amazing Journey, organised by Baptist Youth (Ireland), who brought their creative storytelling to APS this week.  Classes got to enjoy colourful displays and Bible characters, introducing them to the key stories and messages of the Bible in a fun and interactive way.
