• RUBEN FORSYTHE

  We are very proud of one of our P5 pupils Ruben Forsythe, who competed in the Irish Open Diving Championships in Dublin at the weekend.  Despite facing some very tough competition against divers from as far away as Dubai, Ruben brought home a gold medal!  WELL DONE RUBEN!

• REMINDER- Half-Term

  Half-Term Holidays (Monday 31st October - Friday 4th November)

  School will finish at 2:00pm for all pupils on Friday 28th October. In order to ease traffic congestion, a staggered system will be in place from 1:40pm.

  Classes will resume on Monday 7th November.

• Apple Pie & Ice Cream

   The PTA will host their ever-popular Apple Pie afternoon for parents and children on Wednesday 12th October.  Information home today Wednesday 4th October.

• Start of Term

  School will recommence on Tuesday 30th August.  

   

  P2 - P7 pupils will finish at 12.15pm on both Tuesday 30th August and Wednesday 31st August.

   

  Normal school hours will resume on Thursday 1st September.

   

  Primary 1 pupils will be aware of their staggered starting/finishing times.

• Arrangements - End of Term

  Arrangements for End of term:

   

  Thursday will be a non-uniform day.

  • School will finish for Primary 7 on Wednesday 29^th June at 12 o’clock

  • School will finish for all other pupils on Thursday 30^th June. P4-P7 will be released from school from 11:40am and P1-P3 from 11:50am

  • School reports will be sent home on Tuesday 28^th June along with details of classes for 2016-2017

   

  Staffing

  We would like to wish Mrs McClean well as she retires from her post of Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator in Antrim Primary School after 39 years in post. We would also wish Mr Cheevers well as he leaves to take up post as Vice Principal of Spires Integrated School in Magherafelt. We would like to congratulate Mr Hill on his appointment as our new Vice Principal; he is looking forward to taking up post in September.
