EVACUEE DAY
Wed 15 Oct 2025The P4 year group were transported back to the 1940s for a fun filled evacuee dress up day. They enjoyed a walk to the train station, 1940s dancing, 1940s playground games, singing and some artwork. PTA even supplied some lovely crisps and juice. They all had a wonderful day!

FORMER PUPIL SUCCESS
Fri 10 Oct 2025Well done – to former pupil ‘Sarah McFarlane’ who has been cast as first cover for the leading character Sophie Sheridan in the UK tour of the ABBA musical ‘Mamma Mia’. Sarah’s early years at Antrim PS, saw her incredible talent to perform flourish. From those early performances in APS, to the Grand Opera House where she starred in their annual Christmas pantomime and now to ‘Mamma Mia’. We are immensely proud of Sarah and thrilled to hear she has landed her dream role! We wish her huge success for the future and upcoming tour

SHARED EDUCATION
Thu 09 Oct 2025The P1 children from Antrim PS met their friends from St Comgall's PS for their first ever activity together. They met in Antrim Castle Gardens and completed an Autumn Walk and Autumn Scavenger Hunt to create a shared piece of artwork. We were delighted that the Park Rangers from Castle Gardens were happy to lead the activities and it was wonderful for all the children to hear stories and facts about the Castle Gardens from the experts!

STORMONT
Wed 01 Oct 2025The school council enjoyed a fantastic trip to Parliament Buildings, Stormont today with the school council from St Comgall’s PS. They had a tour from the Education Officer and they got to sit in both chambers, it was a very interesting experience.
