• PTA CHRISTMAS FAIR

  ‘The PTA would like to extend their thanks to everyone who attended the Christmas Fair last night. We had a fantastic evening, enjoyed by all. The Army Cadet band brought festive joy and were outstanding. Thank you to the teachers, parent volunteers and P7 children for helping at the activities. A special thank you to Asda, Tesco and Centra, Oriel Road for their generous donations and to everyone who donated sweet jars and Christmas jumpers. Thank you also, to our stall holders for attending and selling their lovely items. We really appreciate all the support. The total profit from the fair was £1660.00. We wish you a wonderful and blessed Christmas and New Year'

  Thanks to Ulster Hockey for organising the local Blitz, on Monday. The girls loved the experience, playing some fantastic hockey against Clough, Ballyclare and Fairview.

  Our new School Council have been elected and introduced themselves in our assembly this morning. They reminded pupils that they are here to represent them, and told them of some of the suggestions we have already had from classes this term. School council are looking for donations of pre-loved Christmas Jumpers to sell at the school fair on Thursday 5h December.

Together, we have raised an amazing total of £1770.00 to help support Children in Need. Thank you to everyone for your incredible generosity and continued support.   Special thanks to Asda who arranged a very special visitor to school this morning to support our fundraising for Children in Need. We had a lot of very excited children.
