  • MENTAL HEALTH WEEK

    Fri 07 Feb 2025

This week is Children's Mental Health week, and lots of our classes have been thinking about Mental Health and doing some related activities. This morning Mrs Cardwell and her class took an assembly all about Mental Health. They shared lots of ideas of things we can do to improve our mental health, and also who we can talk to or where to go for help when our mental health is not so good.

  • FRENCH LESSONS

    Thu 06 Feb 2025

On Wednesday the P7 classes enjoyed a French lesson taken by Mrs Shannon and some language ambassadors from Parkhall Integrated College. Our pupils all enjoyed the lesson and activities, and it was lovely to see some of our past pupils as part of the group.

  • MENTAL HEALTH WALK

P5 had a wonderful walk and play on Wednesday morning at the Pirate Play park at the Lough Shore! Everyone enjoyed the special hot chocolate drink when they returned to school. Lots of very happy children. This was part of the Place 2 be Children's mental health week.

  • BOYS HOCKEY BLITZ

    Wed 05 Feb 2025

Well done to  Rory Beattie, Leo Love, Carson Magee, Sam McCombe, Harry Neeson and Luke Wood who played brilliantly at the Ulster Hockey Blitz. The boys were undefeated, scoring some fantastic team goals and managing to keep a clean sheet in all their games. Thanks to Ulster Hockey for organising the tournament.

  • GIRLS HOCKEY BLITZ

    Tue 04 Feb 2025

The Antrim Primary Girls hockey team travelled to Parkhall Integrated to take part in the Ulster Hockey Blitz. The girls faced some tough opponents; however, they rose to the challenge and played some fantastic Hockey. The girls played a total of 8 matches, winning 6 of those and coming away with only 1 defeat and 1 draw. They represented the school with great sportsmanship, and we look forward to future matches.
